Meet Your Teachers

Meg tuazon shemai

Meg shares a grounded and playful, yet technical, focus in her teachings. Over two decades of experience, she has cultivated a holistic approach rooted in the philosophy of being a "forever-student."

Her practice is deeply informed by an extensive lineage of teachers and styles, including Vinyasa (Baron Baptiste), Ashtanga (Josh Vincent, student of Richard Freeman and Tim Miller), Bowspring (John Friend and Desi Springer), and Yin Yoga (Bernie Clark).

Meg brings a light and joyful presence to everything she does, encouraging her students to tap into their own unique light and creativity.

Beyond the mat, she is driven by her passion for the outdoors and the ever-evolving journey of consciously guiding her two little humans into the world.

A current resident of Bend, Oregon (with roots in California and New Mexico), Meg looks forward to r e s e t-ing with you in Hawai’i nei.

chelsea grady

Chelsea focuses on providing a strong foundation that empowers students to explore their personal practice. Her teaching style balances precise alignment with a high degree of freedom and playfulness, creating an experience that enlivens both body and spirit.

Her path as a teacher began in Australia, where she lived for three years and completed her initial training in Purna Yoga at the Byron Yoga Centre. Upon returning to her hometown of Encinitas, she furthered her studies by completing her training in Anusara Yoga with Michael Fukumura—deepening a connection to the beautiful world of yoga she was first introduced to at 14 years old.

While she specializes in Yin, Restorative, and Vinyasa—often infused with pranayama and meditation—her practice is rooted in a deep gratitude for yoga philosophy, which has guided her through life’s joyful and challenging times alike.

As the founder and heart of r e s e t, Chelsea also offers EFT and lifestyle-business coaching. An avid lover of both the ocean and the mountains, she splits her time between the peaks of Montana and the shores of Hawai’i with her husband, daughter, and dog.
